1. Who we are
EvenStep (evenstep.store) is an online store based in Spain. Contact: info.evenstep@gmail.com.

2. The product
EvenStep is a wearable walking-comfort aid. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. If the person who will use it has a medical condition, has had recent surgery or is unsure whether it's right for them, they should ask their doctor before using it. Always follow the instructions included with the product.

3. Orders and prices
Prices are shown in your local currency and include the taxes that apply where required by law. An order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error.

4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy, including our 90-day money-back guarantee.

6. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, including, for customers in the European Union, the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity.

7. Liability
We are responsible for the products we sell as required by law. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse of the product, by not following its instructions, or by events outside our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property
The texts, images and brand on this website belong to EvenStep and may not be copied without our permission.

9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you place it.

10. Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
