Free shipping on every order.

Delivery times
- Processing: 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: 8–11 business days after dispatch, depending on your country and city.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak seasons or customs checks.

Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Customs and import duties
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority when it arrives. These are not included in the price and are paid by the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels
We're responsible for your order until it's delivered to you. If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at info.evenstep@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll fix it before it ships.
