90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want EvenStep to make walking easier for the person you bought it for. If it doesn't, you have 90 days from the day your order is delivered to return it and get a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return
Email us at info.evenstep@gmail.com with your order number and a short note on what didn't work for you. We reply within 48 business hours with the return address and the next steps. Please don't send anything back before contacting us: parcels sent without instructions can't be traced to your order.

Conditions
- You can try the product and use it normally during the 90 days.
- Send it back complete: the belt, both hip units, both rods and both thigh cuffs, in the original packaging if you still have it.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents or modifications is not covered by the money-back guarantee. Normal wear from using it is fine.

Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, faulty or not as described. In that case we cover the return or send you a replacement at no cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we email you and refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us at info.evenstep@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Customers in the European Union
Our 90-day guarantee is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, by sending us a clear statement by email to info.evenstep@gmail.com. You also have the legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery for any lack of conformity of the product.
